Ribchester Amateur Theatrical Society

Ribchester Amateur Theatrical Society (RATS) is a friendly, lively group of people of all ages based in the village of Ribchester. We welcome new members from the Ribble Valley and always strive to produce high quality productions. We perform regularly in the Ribchester Village Hall or outside in various locations around the village! The RATS dramatic ‘year’ includes an outdoor performance at the Ribchester Festival of Music and Art every June, plays performed in November and May each year, a Pantomime every February and a Young RATS production rehearsed over the summer to be performed in September.

The business AthenaTAC Ltd is a training arts-health consultancy business owned by M.D Sarah Goodall. The company offers a special and dynamic way of bringing creative techniques to consultancy, training, personal and professional wellbeing.  We offer a vast range of skills, creative expertise and experience.

Sarah has 15 years experience and a person whose enthusiasm and inspiration is always demonstrated in her work, as a social worker (registered with the General Social Care Council), probation officer, youth offending team manager, and in the public sector in the UK, Canada and Austrailia. Sarah has worked in the voluntary sector managing and setting-up new projects for NCH; Spurgeon’s Child Care and acted in many volunteer roles. More recently she has undertaken the role as the Training Manager for Wigan Safeguarding Children Board and is now an independent consultant for various organisations. Sarah has a HND in public administration, a Diploma and BA (Hons) Degree in Social Work, an MA in Arts-Health, a Tai Chi Teaching Certificate and a Diploma in Moving into the Light.

Ribble Fun Club(Rfc)

Films will be shown at the House of Fun Cinema at the New Inns, Clitheroe the first and third Sunday of each month commencing 15th February with "In Bruges"

All films will be shown at 7:30pm

Films are selected at monthly meetings on the second Monday also at the New Inn and at 7:30pm

There is no charge to see a film ~ but you must be a member at £5 a year (2009) or £1 for the night.

Clitheroe Parish Church Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society

We are a local Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society who are affiliated to NODA (National Operatic and Dramatic Association). We perform Plays, Musicals and Concerts during the year. Our group is open to everyone with an interest in Amateur Theatre. Our main rehearsal night is Tuesday at 7.30pm in the St Mary's Centre, Church Street, Clitheroe.
